What size should I get?
Sizing is unisex. We offer two adult sizes and two children sizes. For adult sizes, if your face is wide or long or you are above average in height it's probably best to get a large.
Each mask comes with a certain amount of elastic. 1 inch of elastic stretches to 2 inches. Please see the sizing chart here.
If you would like to add extra elastic to your mask please add the "Extra Elastic" product to your cart. If the extra elastic does not equal the amount of masks in the cart, please indicate in the checkout cart notes which mask needs the extra elastic.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes! Please contact us first at BulkOrders@SchnelleCares.com. Maximum order quantity is 50.
What do you mean by Custom or Handmade?
Each mask is made to order. The masks are hand cut and sewn, using a sewing machine. Each product is unique.
Can I wash my mask?
Yes! Please follow these tips to take care of your masks:
Machine wash/hand wash gentle cold and lay flat to dry after each use. If you use the dryer tumble dry on the lowest setting as the dryer can cause the elastic to lose bounce. Slight shrinkage may occur as the masks are made of cotton.
Please use a mesh bag or pillowcase with the opening secured with a tie when putting masks in the washing machine or dryer so the elastic does not get tangled in the agitator.
When will my order ship?
Each item is custom and handmade for you. Your mask will ship within 3-9 business days depending on the quantity of the order. Please allow additional processing time if you are ordering 6 or more masks.

What is Quick Ship?
These masks are already made (still by hand) in specific sizes and are frequently restocked. They are ready to ship within 2-3 business days.
What shipping method do you use?
All United States and International orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 5-7 business days. Most orders are received within 7 days from shipping date.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility as well as when the package is delivered. Please note SchnelleCares is not responsible for the replacement cost of packages once delivery confirmation is received.
